Hot Metal Detector

Logika Technologies Hot Metal Detectors are designed for automation of steel, aluminum, and other production lines characterized as having extreme industrial environments. All configurations come with integrated water (or optional air Vortex) cooling, window purging, and a universal flexible mounting foot. The HMD is used primarily for detection of hot metal in extreme environments, including most shapes and dimensions of wire rod, bar, strip, steel plate, billet and slab. If the ambient environment is too harsh, a fiber optic option is available. Units have a built-in laser pointer for ease of alignment.
